PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT): Capernaum seeks to hire a full-time Physical Therapist who is organized, creative, and compassionate for 3 days/week in home-based settings on the east side of the metro area including St. Paul, Woodbury, White Bear Lake, and South St. Paul, MN and 1 day/week in the northern metro area including Fridley, New Hope, and Brooklyn Park. MN. This position will begin in mid-April, 2024 and is paid per visit/hour with additional pay for recertifications, evaluations, discharges, and LMN. This position begins at 32-hours/week with the option to increase to 40 hours per week. Travel between sites is required. The perfect candidate must be a great communicator, flexible, independent, and enjoy working with children! At least one year of pediatric experience is required.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP): Capernaum Pediatric Therapy is looking for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to serve 24 hours/week with growth potential, if desired, in multiple community settings in the Minneapolis metro area starting April 1, 2024. Travel between sites is required. The ideal candidate must be a great communicator, organized, creative, dependable, and enjoy working with children! Dual licensure (MDH and MDE) is encouraged for more options (CFY is available); 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
