PRIVATE SCHOOL-BASED THERAPY

Capernaum offers the benefits of an outpatient clinic by providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in the convenience of the private school setting. On-site therapists help students reach optimal potential in school, at home, and in the community and are a support of school staff. This innovative approach is greatly desired by parents!
Capernaum bills the student’s private insurance company for evaluation and treatment. Most insurance companies and Medical Assistance are accepted. There is a small fee for administrative and consultative time.
PUBLIC SCHOOL-BASED THERAPY
Collaborative learning in school!
Capernaum has been providing physical, occupational, and speech-language services at public schools since the 1980s. All Capernaum speech therapists are licensed and certified by the Minnesota Department of Education, and all therapists are licensed by individual therapy licensing boards. Our therapists are experienced with special education assessment, IEP/IFSP development, RIT, FBA, and BIPs.
In addition to direct services, our therapists are available for professional development, environmental modification and consultation, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
